Nashville Superspeedway sends our prayers and well wishes to all residents impacted by the devastating flooding in Middle and West Tennessee over the last several days.
As of Monday morning, the Associated Press reports more than 20 fatalities and dozens of people still missing following storms that dropped 17 inches of rain in a 24-hour period.
"What I have come to know about Tennessee is that it is a collection of close-knit communities that comes together when our neighbors are in need," said Nashville Superspeedway President Erik Moses. “We are appealing to all our loyal fans to keep those who are suffering in your thoughts and, if you are able, to help the Waverly community in any way possible.”
Our friends at The Community Resource Center in Nashville are organizing donations to the impacted families and communities involved.
