LEBANON, Tenn. — Nashville Superspeedway, the home of Guitars and Fast Cars, is giving one lucky artist or band the chance to perform on the pre-race concert stage to headline the 2025 NASCAR triple-header weekend on June 1. The contest will officially open Jan. 29 and run through early April, inviting musicians from across the region and beyond to showcase their talent for a shot at performing live in front of thousands of NASCAR fans at Nashville Superspeedway.
“Nashville is home to some of the most incredible music and racing talent in the world, and this contest embodies so much of what we stand for at Nashville Superspeedway,” said Matt Greci, general manager of Nashville Superspeedway. “This contest is a unique way for us to continue connecting with the community and highlighting the incredible talent that Music City has to offer.”
Musicians will be able to enter the contest by submitting a video performance through a dedicated page at NashvilleSuperspeedway.com beginning Jan. 29. The submission window closes March 6.
Entries will be narrowed down to the top 10, and fans will then vote for their favorite performers on social media from March 11-14.
The top five will be announced on March 17, and those finalists will compete live on a to-be-determined date in April at a Broadway establishment in front of a panel of celebrity judges.
The winner of the pre-race concert contest will take the stage on June 1 before the NASCAR Cup Series race.
