LEBANON, Tenn. — Nashville Superspeedway is ramping up its initiatives to ensure fans stay cool during this year’s Ally 400 NASCAR triple-header weekend.

“Our team is deeply committed to delivering an enjoyable and safe experience for our fans,” said Nashville Superspeedway general manager Matt Greci. “Fan feedback from previous races has been invaluable, and we’re excited to introduce enhanced amenities for the Ally 400 race weekend.”

Throughout the June 28-30 race weekend fans can take advantage of various cooling stations and free hydration options.

  • Six-foot misting fans on the lower-level and premium plus level concourses
  • Three misting fans on the second-level concourse
  • Four 10’ x 10’ misting tents under the grandstands
  • One 10’ x 20’ misting tent in the fan zone
  • Two 10’ x 40’ shade tents and two misting fans behind each auxiliary grandstand
  • Complimentary WaterMonster hydration systems in the fan zone
  • Complimentary Quench Buggy water stations in the lower concourse

Additionally, Nashville Superspeedway will be giving away free cooling towels to the first 15,000 fans attending the NASCAR Cup Series race on June 30.

Fans are encouraged to bring icepacks and unopened bottled water to the venue, along with empty insulated cups or bottles to refill at the free water stations. Please note that coolers and loose ice are prohibited.

Medical teams will be present throughout the race weekend, and fans should keep in mind these safety tips:

  • Limit direct sun exposure by seeking shade, wearing broad-brimmed hats, or using other sun protection.
  • Opt for light-colored, loose-fitting cotton clothing.
  • Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
  • Be aware that certain groups, such as young children, the elderly, and individuals on diuretics or high blood pressure medications, are more susceptible to heat.
  • Recognize the early signs of heat-related issues: feeling unwell, lethargy, dizziness, trouble concentrating, and slurred speech.
  • Respond to heat problems by moving the person to a shaded, cool area, applying cool water or wet towels, and using a fan. If the person recovers quickly, medical attention might not be necessary, but if symptoms persist, seek professional help.
  • Wear sunscreen. If you forget, all first aid stations at Nashville Superspeedway will have sunscreen available.

Parking will be hassle-free with no additional fees, ensuring a smoother arrival for fans. ADA-compliant parking is conveniently located near the main gates for those with appropriate plates or passes, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Access these lots via the main entrance off McCrary Road.
