LEBANON, Tenn. — Kyle Busch is slated to compete in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race May 30 at Nashville Superspeedway. Busch, who has 66 career wins in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, will pilot the No. 07 Chevrolet Silverado for Spire Motorsports. The upcoming race in Nashville is part of a five-race campaign for Busch with the team, which also includes stops at Atlanta Motor Speedway, Charlotte Motor Speedway, North Wilkesboro Speedway and Watkins Glen International.
Busch, a two-time Truck Series winner at Nashville Superspeedway, will race in the Rackley Roofing 200 while seeking a sixth overall victory on the 1.33-mile D-shaped oval.
“My schedule will consist of some tracks where I’ve had a lot of success in the Truck Series, like Atlanta, Charlotte, and Nashville but also two tracks that I’ve never raced at in a truck -- North Wilkesboro and Watkins Glen,” said Busch. “So, I’m looking forward to hopefully adding a couple more tracks to the list of places where I’ve won across my Truck Series career.”
Busch’s history at Nashville Superspeedway is decorated with victories across multiple NASCAR series. He secured back-to-back Truck Series wins at the track in 2010 and 2011, triumphed in the Xfinity Series race in 2009 and 2021, and took home the checkered flag in the 2003 ARCA Menards Series race.
